~1st step: Clean & clear the container floor, any sharp objects have to be removed to ensure the container is suitable for a flexitank shipment.
~2nd Step: Cover corrugated paper / foam plastics or similar isolation materials under the heating pad would be helpful to speed up the heating process at destination.
~3rd : Place Heating pad, make sure the inlet/outlet pipes are
near the door side of the container.
Heating time: Depends on cargo’s character and operating environment, we can only guarantee the surface temperature of the flexitank in contact with the heating pad can reach 60-70℃ within 10 minutes.
